We are located on Cudjoe Key, right on Kemp Channel, sitting comfortably between Key West and Marathon. It is one of the most accessible boating spots in the Keys, with quick runs to the backcountry on the Gulf side and to the open Atlantic and its coral reefs on the other.

Venture Out is a residential condominium community with both waterfront homes and RV lots available for weekly, short-term, and long-term stays. Most of our rentals sit right on the water with boat dockage at the site, so fishing, lobstering, boating, diving, and snorkeling are all just steps from your door. The community also includes a marina with a store, boat ramps, a swimming pool, a spa, and tennis courts, all inside a gated park with 24-hour security.

What sets us apart is simple: we live here. Our team knows Venture Out inside and out, with more than 50 years of combined experience in Keys sales and management.
